Ok, i have huge problems, themes dosen't work with my mybb after i upgraded from 1.2 to 1.4. Theme seems to work when forum is in offline mode, but when i login as admin or when i put board online any theme dosen't seem to work, please help it's urgent, i even tried this but it dosen't work

Do you have a link to your board? It looks like your CSS is going missing in the second screenshot.

What css is missing?

I don't know, what does your HTML header look like if you put your board online, or login since that seems to be what breaks it. The below line should still be in there:

<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.croserver.net/forum/cache/themes/theme2/global.css" />

Also, are you using the default theme? It looks like you are, but the CSS link has "theme2" in it.

.css wasn't included in templates so i included it manually, thanks
