How can i add a certain group as moderator from certain forum ?
I've searched and didnt find =s
I've just found how put an member as moderator, but i want all group.

I don't think it's a feature you can use.
because the forum moderator must be added one by one.
or you may make this group a super-mod group. but in this case they well be able to manage all forums not just one.
This is not possible in the current version.
Maybe in a later version though, sorry.
I'm in the midst of getting ready a MyBB forum for a conversion from an existing PHPbb forum. I must say that I was surprised to find that this feature isn't available.
Any ETA on this feature coming in, or is anyone prepared to see if it can be a Mod ?

If it was to come in, it will probably be brought in with 1.6, so you could be waiting quite a while.
In the mean time, you can always request a plugin to be made at the
Plugins & Code Modifications Section.
