ive recently installed 1.4 on the server, but it appears to have issues linking to the default or any new theme. The header links to
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.hongkongfixed.com/cache/themes/theme3/global.css" />
However when I checked in that dir, it's empty.
Suggestions?

fixed. The 'cache' directory didnt have the correct permissions.
