I'm Having An Issue With Mybb 1.4.2 -
I've Installed It, But When I Try Logging In I Cannot, Seems Like I have No Session, I Believe It's A Cookie Problem, But Not To Sure.

I'm Currently Hosting It On Xampp, Webserver,
My Cookie Domian Is .habworld.ath.cx:98
Cookie Path Is - /Forum/
And NO Cookie Prefix

Of Cource My Url Is http://habworld.ath.cx:98/Forum/

I don't think you need the :98 on the cookie domain. Just try:

Cookie domain: .habworld.ath.cx
Cookie path: /Forum/
