can any one help me i wana convart my phpbb 3.0.2's database into mybb 1.4.2's database

You can try the beta SVN snapshot available at http://www.mybboard.net/downloads/merge-system . Please note this is still in beta so please try this on a copy of your production forum and take necessary backups before running it on your real forum.
