Ive changed all the settings in the AdminCP, and on your profile your Avatar appears size it should be, but when a post is made your avatar gets squashed up? Anyway to stop this?

On the configuration page, search for 'avatar'. You'll see a few settings for avatar dimensions in different places - edit them all at once there.
