Hi, I am wanting to add a small box to the top of my site which contains a few notes for visitors you can view my site http://www.metalgearforums.com, I want to place it above the posts on the portal and so it stays there and all the posts to the news section goes under it. The want the dimensions to be about 200 height 600width and to have the same colour scheme as that theme, can somebody please gimme me detialed instructions on how to do this please?
