On the top bar where the links go, is there a way too make some links visible only too Members, can this be done?

Yes there is.
There is a member block, and a guest block. You must edit the templates and remove the links from the top navigation bar and add them to either the member or guest bar.

The "member block" and "guest block" templates mcgroove are talking about are called header_welcomeblock_guest and header_welcomeblock_member. The links you're talking about are in the "header" template.

Ah, thanks for correcting me
But I also meant take "some" links out of the header, and place them in the header_welcomeblock_guest or header_welcomeblock_member
