I suggest you update this to reflect the changes since MyBB became licensed under the GNU GPL 3.

I suggest you update this to reflect the changes since MyBB became licensed under the GNU GPL 3.

The merge system is separate from the MyBB software. So it could be that the merge system isn't under the GPL.

The "SVN Snapshot" is licensed under GNU GPL 3, but the current download is still licensed under our old EULA, like MyBB 1.2 is.

It will be updated when we officially release the new version of the Merge System
