How do this Specific forum banning plugin work.

I cannot find whe I can add the name of the member that is banned in a part of the forum.
Ofcourse I installed and activated the plugin.

What plug in? You don't supply a link!

Other than that, have you tried looking for a help post thread for the plug in, to see if there's help there, or maybe if not, post in that post thread?
