Hello, fresh install of 1.4.02
When I activate users manually it doesnt work.
Also the forum is ignoring a couple of other other configuration changes I try to make.
The config file chmod is set properly so all the changes should be working.
I have settings.php on 666, could this be the prob?

Settings.php should be 666

How doesn't activating users work?? Is there an error?? Screenshot??
