i try to install it like 10 time but i can not get the admin to work
this is the admin url http://gfx.baronecontractingcorp.com/index.php

You mean http://gfx.baronecontractingcorp.com/admin/index.php

And the error is: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_super_admin() (previously declared in /home/barone/public_html/gfx/inc/functions.php:5022) in /home/barone/public_html/gfx/admin/adminfunctions.php on line 2423

admin/adminfunctions.php doesn't exist in MyBB 1.4. What version are you trying to install? I suggest you try to download the latest version of MyBB and install that (earlier 1.4.2 download zips had an installer bug that was subsequently fixed).
