Hi, i downloaded and uploaded then extracted the forum to my website www.plusgear.org and i cant install it i dont understand how to

You actually only need to upload the stuff inside the "Upload" folder. Anyway, your forum is here: http://www.plusgear.org/Upload/ . Currently there's an error because you haven't installed it yet, so install it here: http://www.plusgear.org/Upload/install

It's also recommended to move it out of /Upload/.
