Yes, using the 1.2 compatible MyBB Merge System - It's been dropped in the 1.4 Merge System

The manual for the merge system is located in the wiki: [Wiki: Merge_System] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)

You'll have to contact IPB for anything outside of what has been covered in the wiki (i.e. retrieval of database information, etc)
