Hi,
followed the steps in wiki, but get always error on starting upgrade.php

--> Fatal error: Call to undefined function: file_get_contents() in /wwwroot/https/forum/install/upgrade.php on line 272

Tried to restore config.php and settings.php from backup, without success, same error...

Any Ideas?

That's a php function and it appears your host may have it disabled.

Either that or you're running a really old version of PHP. [Wiki: Requirements] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)

Installed PHP Version is 4.2.2, needed is 4.3.11

I didn't checked this, because old Version of MyBB are running. So i thought the requirments are ok. My fault :-(
