On one of my forums I keep getting a 403 forbidden when I log onto the Admin CP and try to change some settings it was working fine before and after my host did some maintenance I started to notice this. The files seem to be intact..

Any ideas? I'm going to contact my host in case it's a problem on their end but just in case they can't help me I'd like some input from here.

Do you have any htaccess files in the directories - these can be the main causes for 403 errors...
