OK, so we all know (or most of us) that MyBB is GPL.
But when it comes to making themes, certain images may not be easy to make (I can make with some ease, via GIMP and the paths tool).

But I was wondering, if I made an image GDK under a GPL license, would ya'll use it?

Heck yes! Especially for GIMP, then I don't have to borrow Photoshop from my school.
