I've downloaded the Afresh Leaf, Afresh Flame and Afresh Midnight theme.

Then I go to /images, in my File Manager, and upload all the needed files. (yeah, I created a directory called: midnight/leaf/flame)
And finnaly, I upload the .xml file to the ACP. And when I change the theme, it appears like this: http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn270...tulo-1.png

Could someone help me, please?

Make sure the theme knows where the images are stored for each theme, look in theme settings for this.
