I have just installed the WebSite Integration (1.0.1) plugin (click me), set it all up, but it doesn't works (since it isn't so important) i want to deactivate it, but, when i try to deactivate in ACP > Plugins i get the message:

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
    1146 - Table 'a9911531_dark.mybb_templates' doesn't exist
Query:
    DELETE FROM mybb_templates WHERE title ='site_top' 

Can i just delete it via FTP or will that cause something worse?

I can provide an account with ACP access if needed.

Yup you can delete it from FTP. You'll probably want to manually delete the settings it created, and the customized templates. Admin CP --> Configuration --> Modify Settings (this is a tab at the top)
