What controls the color of the border around the select boxes like at the bottom of the main page where you select the language.

S'all in global.css IIRC.

But if I remove all global.css everything disappears. But the border still remains. I doesn't disappear. So it has to be somewhere else.

No I never said to remove it... there'll be a line somewhere that controls the colour.
