Well... if you right click on the missing image then you'll find out the name and path - is this slightly different to an image in the download pack?

Either way, it looks as though it's in the postbit, so find the right image and replace the tag.

Plus, afresh isn't a default myBB theme, so it's probably best going to the right area of the forum - Templates, Theme Sets and Graphics - or the author's website.

The Afresh theme's don't come with a spam button so it shows a broken image. Copy the spam button from the default image folder to the theme folder and it'll work.
