In the changed files, there is a change to ./admin/modules/user/users.php, although in the manual patch file there isn't any instructions on what's been changed?

Can I update myBB 1.2.14 directly to 1.4.3 using the "MyBB 1.2.14 Patch" of this release?
Edit: OK, sorry, I didn't read well. Seems like I cannot do that with this patch
