In the changed files, there is a change to ./admin/modules/user/users.php, although in the manual patch file there isn't any instructions on what's been changed?

Apart from that, haven't noticed anything wrong

Then you didn't patch your 1.2 board with the 1.4.2 and 1.4.1 patches either.

Can I update myBB 1.2.14 directly to 1.4.3 using the "MyBB 1.2.14 Patch" of this release?

Edit: OK, sorry, I didn't read well. Seems like I cannot do that with this patch
