Can I update myBB 1.2.14 directly to 1.4.3 using the "MyBB 1.2.14 Patch" of this release?

Edit: OK, sorry, I didn't read well. Seems like I cannot do that with this patch Toungue

No, you will need to download the full package, upload everything, and run the upgrader.

The 1.2.14 patch is only for users who are unable to upgrade to 1.4.x at this time. The patch secures 1.2.14 against the security vulnerabilities released in this fix, and is not an upgrade path to 1.4.x. We recommend all users still running 1.2.14 to upgrade to 1.4.x at the soonest possible time.
All downloadable language pack from the download page are gone!!!
Does this mean that all pack are not compatible with the new release 1.4.3???

No, all you need to do is to replace a few files. The changed files package is attached to the release announcement in the "Announcements" forum.
