Hello,
I've been trying to upgrade my MyBB forums from 1.2 to 1.4. The problem I'm getting is that no forums will appear, even after recounting & rebuilding & dealing with the cache they won't appear.
If this helps, this was a converted IPB 1.3 board to MyBB 1.2 before upgrading.
Assistance in fixing this would be good.

I can't give a link, this is a private thing I'm doing for a friend & the 2nd attempt was done on my private webserver.
But the thing is, after doing the recount thing on 1.2, all forums showed up, after doing it on 1.4, none came up.
Hmm, ok, well it might not be as easy without a link... are the forums just not showing on the index?? Is there a gap, an error, or just nothing?? Does anything else work, memberlist, search, online list?? Or by 'forums' do you mean the whole thing, i.e. you can't access anything??

Yep, there's no other theme there.

3. No templates are customised, should I expand them though?
Well that's an easy fix then. Run this code in phpMyAdmin:
UPDATE mybb_forums SET active=1
Alternatively you can edit each forum in the Admin CP and enable the "Active" option.
Your forums are all set as "inactive" and thus don't show up on the front-end.
OK, that shows the forums. Now the problems are they're all marked with a X and they go to an "Invalid forum" page.
EDIT: Everything seems to be fixed, except BBCode is broken.
Double posting, BBCode & the Quotes aren't working.
