IIRC this is something you must discuss with your host, as MyBB can't connect to the server, and the server is run by your host.
But first, make sure your database settings are correct in ./inc/config.php
Nothing new, I removed the i after mysql.
The problem still exist.
Tomorrow I will coll the webhosting company.
In no result, I must take another forum, even if I don't want. This is the best forum for me...

Yeah I remember someone had problems when they removed the i and it fixed when they put it back... why remove it in the first place, I dunno
I would suggest contacting your webhost about this issue. Confirm with them that PHP is configured to support MySQL.
