Problem
When you try to edit a user in the Admin CP, you may get the following error: "The language you selected does not exist. Please select an existing language" as depicted in the following screenshot

Solution (recommended)
This bug is fixed in MyBB 1.4.3 (and later), which is currently available for download. We recommend you upgrade to this version (it is a simple re-upload of a few files if you are already using 1.4.2). Please read the 1.4.3 release announcement for more information on upgrading.
Temporary work-around
In the user's "Account Settings" tab, scroll down to the bottom and change the user's "Board Language" setting to something that is not Default.
