I believe you'd need to make a plugin modification in order to do so and no official MyBB feature is available to do so.

EDIT: I see you're trying to create a poll to vote for images for your tortoise forum. What you can do is label the images within your post: 1) [img], 2) [img], 3), etc. Then create a poll with the numbers. It's the easiest way to do it without a modification.

MyBBCentral has a modification to allow HTML posting per user, and / or per usergroup.
It requires a subscription though to download the plugins.

Yeah you can use IMG tags if you need images, I just tested it: http://community.mybboard.net/thread-39812.html
