Put a . infront of your cookie domain in ./inc/settings.php and then edit it again in the ACP. If not, remove the www.

Go to your FTP... go to ./inc/ and find settings.php. Depending on your host, you may be able to edit it there, or you may have to download the file and edit it, then reupload it. Now, go to ACP > Configuration > General Configuration and do the same edits there.

This could be a cause of changing the cookie path or domain. Try changing the cookie path back to what it originally was and leaving the cookie domain field empty (if it isn't already).

i recovered my desired domain and i have re-installed and converted my phpBB3 database to it.
