Are you using MyBulletin for 1.4? It has some major bugs.

you dont have star_ratings.css attached to that theme. that is the reason why Wink

look at your other themes they will have global.css and other .css

It actually might be a problem with IE. Look at that page in Firefox or Opera and see what it looks like. The reason why I'm saying this is because there seems to be an image there but it's just not showing. If the theme didn't have star_rating.css, it would just be text and links.
