Go to Admin Panel -> Board Settings -> Server & Optimization Options
Find "Advanced Stats / Debug information" and set to "No".

It's really quite useful, but I think it has too much info. I edited mine - I already know what PHP version I run, and I'm pretty sure I enabled GZIP so unless it miraculously turns itself off...
