I keep getting upload error, I try using the local directory and from my computer but I cant import a theme. I even tried changing the file to theme.xml

I'm not sure why it does not work. Try to upload the theme.xml from another directory.

For example: I can upload the file from my desktop but it does not work from other directories.

I tried it nothing, I even tried changing the CHMOD of my themes.php.. Bleh I dont know wtf it is, but its stupid.
