basicly im creating a front page and i want it so my front page will show the news up just like portal dose ! , anychance anyone could help me out ?

Well it isn't really a problem with MyBB so in my opinion wouldn't be classed as support either.

The User Submitted Tutorials section provide extensive coverage in how to put news on your website.

Or, maybe it's a better idea to style the portal... 0_o
