It's showing this for the forum legend for new posts: {1} new posts
I don't recall it doing this before, and I already went to view new posts, and it still doesn't go away! Any idea how to fix this?
Do you have the Overview plugin installed?
Actually it looks like it might be due to a plugin I recently installed from Labrocca's site, I should have realized this earlier...
So yeah it's probably not MyBB core, I'll go ask on his forum. Thanks.
Yup we have seen this problem before with plugins which load the portal language files which overwrites some language strings in the index page (one of which you've noted).
It's probably not the Overview plugin...the one I was thinking of shows the portal boxes on the right side of the forum/index.
Yeah this one shows portal boxes too. It's his side box plugin.

I also have an older side box plugin but that one doesn't show any errors, so I'm guessing he might have added something special to his.
