Hello,

I have a problem with SMTP,

I did the configuration well but I didnt work ,

I cant send Forget PW nor Activation emails.

so can you tell me how to solve this problem,

This is my server Info:

There are millions of threads on email problems, see if any of those help. And you will have to be a lot more specific than just saying 'it didn't work'.

Any errors in your mail logs?

I think I have not configure it right, so can you tell me where to put(fields) my server info exactlly, I am a little bit confused.

Your SMTP info goes in Admin CP --> Configuration --> Settings --> Mail Settings

I'm having a similar problem setting the SMTP values for Mail, my settings are:

Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

Follow the pattern in my post above.
