Running 1.2.13 with no problems whatsoever until today. All of a sudden the avars uploaded by members does not show up, they are gone. The only avatars still showing are the external ones, residing on other URL´s. No recent plugins added, nothing has changed board wise, avatars just decided to disappear today. They are still on the server though, so they are not deleted.
CHMOD again the avatars folder?
Actually that was the first thing i did to fix it, but no show. Today i tried another approach, chmodded upload, uploads/avatars and all the avatar files to 777 and that fixed it. Dunno why it all of a sudden ceased to show the avatars, but now it does. BTW, is 777 OK for the files and directories mentioned above?
You only need to CHMOD the folders you mentioned above to 777, the files don't need it.
