HI when I try to bring my board up .... that has been running
perfect for 6 months ... it sits forever and finally gives the
error msg :
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error: 1053 - Server shutdown in progress
Query: SELECT title,cache FROM mybb_datacache
btw ... its ..

That's very weird. Have you installed anything in the "beta" or experimental status to your forum? Sometimes, that's the case. As well, check phpMyAdmin and change all your passwords, someone may have been tampering with your MySQL database- it happened to me once.

Ok .. its been months and months since I played behind the scenes or the directory struction or cookies or anything like that ... so ...
And it seems to me that a while back something similar happened and
someone had me go behind the scenes and alter/delete something and
it fixed it ...
knowing that I cant even bring it up .. to go into any cp ... what
can I possible do .. or .. look at.
