I, like a few others from what I have read, have had issues with Promotions, and now my staff, including the Admin (me) have been reverted to members and I cannot get into the Admin CP.
Here is the catch, my host doesn't let me use the phpMyAdmin, so I cannot run required queries, and when I attempted to run the restor_admin.php, I got the following error:

What should I do?
