I think you mean you want threads in A-Z... at the bottom of the forum, see the sorting options?? Choose 'Sort by: Subject', 'Order: Ascending', and then either 'From: Today' or 'From: Beginning'.
There's probably an ACP option for this too.
But can't we have a menu at the top of the forum for the users to click the respective alphabets they need.If u can help me out with tat coding please tell
So you want a list of letters, A-Z, and when you click a letter, it shows all threads starting with that letter??
That page is HTML... probably without any links to MyBB or any other forum software...
However, if you go into your ACP, and edit the forum you want to be ordered alphabetically, change the Default Sort By to "Thread Subject" and "Default Sort Order" by whichever way you want to to be displayed.
This will display it by A-Z or Z-A...
Edit: Your idea will probably need your forums to be seperated into sections (A-C, D-G etc.)... that's probably the easiest thing to do from a user-perspective too... for that you wouldn't need a menu like that...

Ah that's where it is, knew it was somewhere. However, if I'm understanding correctly, this isn't quite what they want... I think they want a list of letters like at the top of that page.

It's not as if we can seperate the individual threads to create a menu like that. The best thing is to seperate the forum into alpha-sections, so that would eliminate the need for the menu anyway...

But I think you're right there... karthikguru, just out of curiosity, can I ask why it is you want this??
i'm going to give youtube links to video songs and such video stuff so i'tll be better if i had a menu like tat at the top so the users can select their songs from the alphabet they want instead of typing some mismatched words or scrolling through the whole forum.
To be honest, I'd have a forum with all the threads in the normal order, and create a new page with the names of the songs or whatever in alphabetical order, that then links to the thread.
