When a forum require the new thread to be moderated, I suggest the TS of the new thread will be able to see the thread in red color just like the moderators do.

So you mean they see their own threads that are awaiting moderation?? I must admit, whenever I post in a forum that requires moderation I never know if it's actually been submitted or not...

That's a good suggestion, like the ones that cause you to say:
Why didn't we think of that before?

I would like this. Then my members would be able to tell if it has been posted or not.
