It's a problem that some people have, and some don't, there is no hard and fast fix yet.
When does it happen to you?? On all replies?? When someone has made a reply just before you?? When your reply will go onto a new page??

I very rarely have it happen here or on my forum (it's happened like once or twice) but on some forums, like mybbcentral, it happens loads...

No I said above there's no real fix for it, we're not totally sure why it's doing it yet.
And on your site it takes about 10 seconds, but then posts fine.
It works fine for me in FF3. Sometimes it takes about 5 seconds or so, but the post gets displayed afterwards.
It's almost instant for me in FF3 and Opera 9.6...
