i convert my forum from phpbb3 to mybb and i see some forums i convert , the language is greek and shows me like this ????????????

Are you sure you have a valid Greek language pack?? Currently there isn't one in the downlaods section so I'm not sure if one is even available.

check UTF-8 settings
