Well, I was messing around with Group Promotions.
I had set it to promote all groups (not a good idea) to a "Members that can view the themes forum" group.
Well, when the group promotion task ran, I became a member, and now there's no way I can get into the admin cp.
I've tried going into PHPMyAdmin and changing my user's group to 1, but that didn't work.

EDIT: Set the usergroup to 4, not 1 silly
