I have a problem with the font/text size/colour drop down boxes:

Isn't that a different theme you have installed?

You could try re-uploading ./jscripts/editor_themes again to see of the upload has missed a file, or corrupted one.

Unfortunately that didn't work

Maybe ./jscripts/editor.js

I reuploaded the whole /jscripts folder,...nothing

What browser are you using?
