Why would you need this?
It's not really necessary to rebuild all your caches unless there is some sort of problem that requires you to rebuild your cache.

Oh no... you have to press a few more buttons to rebuild all cache...
Some hosts don't let you access phpMyAdmin - but if they don't, get a better host...
