I was woundering how you put the message headers on top near the navigation, like where you guys put "latest news" and all that. Where do I go to do that in the ACP?

Becuase when I go to the acp and confirmation area, then the board messages, I put in my message and save it. Then it says "the message was successfully saved." The I looked at the index page and nothing is displayed? What should I do? How do I put messages near the navigation?

Board messages is a plugin, this is a better way of doing it.
