So far under the theme "Edit Stylesheet: Simplemode", changing the width from 100% to 1000px will shift shift the board to align to the left.

Does anyone know how to change it so it's centered just like here on MyBB's community board?

The board is already aligned in the center be default. Change the width percentage to something less than 100%. Try 80%, and you should notice a change.
