I have 1.2 installed and I want to upgrade to 1.4. Also, I have MyBB Forums integrated into Osdate (Dating Script). Will I have any problems upgrading from 1.2 to 1.4? Or if you could point me to a thread about this, that would be great. Thanks.

I want to upgrade because I am worried about security issues. I figure if I want my 1.2 to be secure I will have to update to 1.4...right?

And it might be safer to upgrade to 1.2.14 first before going 1.4.X

If this OSdate script is compatible with 1.4 then yes.
If you already using 1.2.14 then all you need to do it make a back-up just in case something does go wrong.

If you look in the 1.4 support forums you may notice that some people (tho not all) have had some problems.
