but the forum didn't get tag

how I can get it??

becuase you have set html to disable in your forum.
you can enable it but it is highly risky. since it will have a large risk of someone hackingyour forum with iframe too
your best bet is too find some kind of plugin or update to 1.4 and then use Labrocca's Html permission Plugin

I enable everything already. just iframe tag only that can put in index.php or other php file
finally I'll upgrade to 1.4 if I can and follow yr suggestion ^ ^
um... I try to get plug in about shoutbox in mods (ajax shout) but it's not work, coze I use Thai lang. U_U
