I was wondering if a plugin could be made that checks to see if a post has been made by a user after they log out.

So.. you log in, do not make a post.. the plugin sees this and demotes you to a lower user group chosen in the acp by an admin.

If you log in and DO make apost, then when you log out.. nothing happens and all is well.

Is this possible? and.. would it be an easy plugin to make?

This would be a great help making people participate at the higher user groups.

I just want to see what all you great plugin makers here say about this and if its something one of you can make.

I don't think anyone is going to make a plugin for 1.2 now - you could probably do this with the 1.4 promotions system.

Yes Matt, i will need it for 1.4 now that i am upgrading.

This may take a lot of coding to pull off.. i do not know. Maybe someone will have time to do it one day.

Would just need to look at the post count number when the user logs in, and logs out.
If it did not change, then it would demote them to a selected group set in the acp.

Sounds easy enough ..haha
