Can you chance the language on the myBB boards?

Sure you can. First off, translate the files in MyBB folder/inc/languages/english folder. And copy and change the english.php in the Language folder.
Then you upload it to your page. Then you go to Admin CP -> Board Settings -> General Settings -> Default language. Or you can just change it for you in UserCP.
